Paulo brings over 40 years of experience in accounting, auditing, corporate finance, and tax incentives, with deep expertise in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). He began his career at Arthur Andersen, went on to hold senior leadership roles at multinational companies including Coca-Cola, and served as Secretary of Industry for the State of Amazonas. As the founder of Robsant 25 years ago, he leads strategic tax and industrial structuring initiatives, helping companies capture incentives and successfully establish and operate in the Manaus Industrial Pole with technical rigor and regulatory confidence.
Business transformation with hands-on leadership
Thiago Corrêa is a strategy and business transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience across consulting, large corporations, and venture-backed companies.
He began his career at McKinsey & Company, working on strategy, M&A, and operational transformation projects across multiple industries. He later held strategy leadership roles at Target, The Home Depot, Sears Holdings, and Aaron's, where he led large-scale growth initiatives, operational improvements, and business transformation programs impacting national retail operations.
More recently, he has focused on AI-driven go-to-market strategy and pricing, serving as Vice President of Pricing & Data Analytics at Inhabitr and currently GTM AI Lead at Skan AI, where he develops AI-enabled commercial strategies for enterprise sales organizations.
